Side Lofted Barn

But here's the game-changer: the U-shaped loft provides bonus overhead storage for seasonal items, tools, or even holiday decorations, maximizing every square foot.

Utility

The utility building has 8' walls with a gable-style roof. The Lofted Utility is recessed from the top of the wall, giving you six foot three inches of headroom below the loft and still providing plenty of loft space

above.

8' wide buildings come with a four-foot wide door. 10, 12, 14 & 16' wide buildings come with a six-foot wide double door.

Pressure-Treated Wooden Blocks for leveling up to 18 inches are provided by the driver. Concrete blocks may be used for leveling, but must be provided by the customer.

Lofted Barn Cabin

The Lofted Barn Cabin is our most popular — and it’s easy to see why. With a full loft overhead and a charming barn-style roofline, it gives you the feel of a real cabin at a fraction of the cost. Perfect as a backyard retreat, hunting cabin, guest house, hobby room, or even a tiny home. A four-foot porch is standard, but six foot or longer is also available. Also available as a Side Lofted Barn Cabin or Wraparound Lofted Cabin in sizes up to 16 x 50 in painted, urethane or T1-11 siding.

Carriage House

Price includes (2) 2 x 3 windows, shutters, 6' double doors w/transom windows, and (3) paint colors.

A deluxe version is available That includes another wooden door, dormers, three windows, shutters, and window boxes.

Greenhouses available with workbenches on the sides & back. Automatic window/vent And panel for hanging plants and tools.

Value Sheds

Our value shed series was created to provide you with an affordable alternative solution for your storage needs. They are constructed of 2 x4 framing, treated 4 x 6 skids, and treated floor joists and covered with 3/4" engineered flooring with a (50) year warranty by the manufacturer (Advantech). The buildings are constructed of 29 gauge metal.

7 1/2" sides available for 10% more. Double doors and windows can be added as options.
