Free set-up and delivery for all lot models within 50-miles. Custom buildings are free set-up and delivery in Western MO and Eastern Kansas.
Set-up and delivery includes one trip. Buildings are transported from the trailer to your yard with a mule (miniature forklift with flotation tires) to ensure minimal damage to yards.
Customer is responsible for building permits and to ensure ground conditions are suitable for delivery.
